 Objectives Automated acceptance tests allow the Agile development team to prove to their client that the required functionality has indeed been implemented and that it was done correctly. At the end of this course, you will learn how to specify acceptance tests and even more importantly be able to write those tests in order to support the Agile iterative development. Target Audience This course is intended for customers, analysts, team leads, developers and quality assurance people who will define requirements in an Agile development setting. Prerequisites Familiarity with very basic programming concepts (scripting languages such as VBA for example) is a plus but is not required. Topics • The role of QA in Agile • Automated Acceptance Tests as specification in the context of iterative development • Done-Done, Measuring true progress • Writing acceptance test specifications • Programming acceptance tests • Running Automated Acceptance Tests in a Continuous Integration environment
